Salam all,
Since today is out of duty day, so it’s my job to prepare dishes for buka puasa. Here is the recipe that I want to share… ‘Creamy Butter Prawn’. Check it out!
Ingredients:
400gm large prawns
5 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
4 cili padi (chopped)
4 springs of curry leaves
3 eggs
¼ cups of susu cair
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Black pepper powder
Methods:
1. Melt the butter and fry the prawns. Put aside.
2. Heat the melt butter; add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add eggs and susu cair; stir until creamy.
4. Add cili padi, curry leaves, salt, sugar and black pepper powder; stir together.
5. Lastly, add prawn; cook for 3-5 minutes, stir frequently.
6. Serve and ready to eat!
