Whoot! Whoot! Memang langkah kanan for those yg dtg beraya hari nie, coz today gwe buat soup tomato dgn meatball...
Ingredients:
10 tomatos (big size)
1 clove of garlic
2 big onions
Daun Ketumbar
Means meat
2 biji telur
Black pepper
Garam secukupnya

The Steps are:
FOR THE MEATBALLS:
1. Masukkan garam and black pepper ke dalam means meat. Gaul sampai rata.
2. Kepal means meat menjadi bebola. Not so big, a little bigger than guli.
3. Pecahkan telur, then deep the meatballs.

FOR THE SOUP:
1. Rebus tomato sampai kulit tomato pecah-pecah, then blend. Put aside.
2. Chop the garlic really fine and dice the onions.
3. Tumiskan sampai naik bau, then masukkan blended tomato dgn sedikit air. Bergantung pada kesukaan u all... kalau nak pekat, letak sedikit shj air and kalau nak cair, lebihkan air.
4. Bila soup dah boiled, masukkan meatballs one by one. Then tunggu sampai masak, minyak dari meatballs naik.
5. Kalau nak rasa a bit lemak-lemak, boleh campurkan parmesan cheese powder ke dalam soup.
6. Chop daun ketumbar and taburkan ke atas soup.
7. Ready to eat, boleh dimakan dgn French loaf... enjoy!
